How to Use Essential Oils
Aromatic: Inhale directly from the bottle, add to a diffuser, or put a few drops on a cotton ball and place in an air vent.
Topically: Apply NEAT or diluted depending on the oil. When in doubt always dilute and apply to the bottoms of the feet.
Internally: Some oils may be taken orally as a dietary supplement. Always check the label or EODR to know if an oil can be used in this way.
